Perform daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple payment channels and bank accounts Validate transactions and financial data from various sources Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly Maintain accurate, audit-ready records Prepare reconciliation summaries and variance reports Identify process improvement and automation opportunities Collaborate on cross-team projects with finance, operations, and technical teamsWhat we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years' experience in financial operations or reconciliation (preferred) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) Familiarity with accounting systems (Sage, Xero, SAP, or similar) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Reliable transport and valid South African driver's licenceNice-to-Have
SQL or database query experience Exposure to multi-PSP or high-volume environments Experience with automated reconciliation tools or scripts Knowledge of South African financial regulationsBenefits and unique aspects:
