Job Summary: We are actively seeking safety-conscious and recently qualified individuals to join our Health and Safety team as Junior Health and Safety Administrators under the YES (Youth Employment Service) initiative. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for young talents interested in occupational health and safety to gain hands-on experience and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment within the construction machinery industry.Responsibilities:
Safety Inspections:
Learn and contribute to conducting regular safety inspections of the workplace. Assist in identifying and addressing potential safety hazards. Safety Training Support: Gain exposure to supporting safety training sessions for employees. Assist in organizing training materials and coordinating training logistics. Incident Reporting: Learn to assist in the documentation of safety incidents and near misses. Contribute to the analysis of incidents to identify root causes. Emergency Response Coordination: Assist in coordinating emergency response drills and procedures. Learn to maintain emergency response equipment and supplies. Documentation and Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents. Contribute to the organization of documentation related to health and safety.
