Key responsibilities:Provide tailored financial services and product advice to clients Assist with personal loan applications and debt consolidation solutions Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and professional service Meet daily/weekly targets Support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success Education:
Matric certificate (Grade 12) compulsory Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management, or a related field advantageous but not essential Minimum requirements:
13 years in micro-lending, retail banking, or financial services Experience in debt consolidation or collections advantageous Proven background in client-facing roles essential Must have marketing experience as well as dealing with life policies Must be willing to travel to Kariega 3 times a week (transport will be provided/use of own vehicle - fuel will be reimbursed) Must have a valid drivers licenceSkills and Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation ability Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Good understanding of credit risk and lending policies Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookPersonal Attributes:
Honest, trustworthy, and reliable Professional and client-oriented approach Detail-focused with strong accuracy Problem-solving mindset and initiative-driven Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets Fluency in Xhosa and English will be an advantage Clear credit record mandatory No criminal record mandatory Must be a South African
