Description:
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily site construction activities, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and permit-to-work procedures. Independently complete Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and other HSE documentation. Manage and coordinate the construction team, including supervisors, team leaders, and subcontractors. Prepare and submit daily site progress reports, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project plans. Plan, schedule, and monitor construction progress against project timelines and milestones. Coordinate with engineering, HSE, and project management teams to resolve on-site technical issues, delays, or constraints. Order, control, and manage site materials, tools, and equipment. Attend and conduct site meetings with engineers, clients, and project stakeholders. Demonstrate strong BOQ understanding, including quantity verification and tracking. Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in construction or site management roles. Valid Code 8 drivers licence. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Advantageous: Experience working on petrochemical or industrial projects, and HSE or construction-related certifications.
