The Person:Matric (minimum). Degree for Diploma in Payroll/HR. Minimum 5 years experience in payroll processing. SAGE 300 People Payroll experience essential. Knowledge of payroll related legislation and processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience essential. HRPM System knowledge, an added advantage. The Job:
Report to the Payroll Manager:
End to end processing of company payrolls (approx. 1,400 headcount). Check leave captured on SAGE vs HRPM. Import timesheets onto SAGE 300. Employee benefits administration. SARS submissions PAYE, UIF, SDL. Load salaries on Fihrst and prepare salary payments. Load payslips onto SAGE 300. Prepare weekly scheduling files with targets. Prepare and analyse adherence to scheduling targets. Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations. Prepare payroll related reports and summaries. Support and assist with adhoc HR related matters.
