- Oversee the full finance function, including debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and reporting
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to achieve operational excellence
- Collaborate with management to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide business performance and growth Job Experience and Skills Required:
- CA(SA)
- 810 years experience in a financial management role
- Solid background in automotive or wholesale industries (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and accounting principles
- Proven leadership and management experience with a track record of building capable teams
- Confident, mature, and outspoken personality with a proactive, hands-on approach
