Key Responsibilities:Lead monthly financial reporting for support services cost centres, ensuring accuracy and insight. Assist with budgeting and three-year plan consolidation, preparing final submissions. Support forecasting and ad hoc financial investigations, providing clear analysis to stakeholders. Review and report on actual expenditure, monitoring exceptions and ensuring financial compliance. Prepare and present financial information to aid business decision-making. Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom and CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA preferred. Minimum 5 years post-articles general accounting experience; management accounting in retail advantageous. Leadership experience desirable. Advanced Microsoft Office / G-suite proficiency; strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and time management essential.
