Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full finance function, including month-end, reporting, and compliance
- Prepare management accounts and contribute to budgeting and forecasting
- Manage and guide a small finance team, ensuring high performance and accuracy
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit processes
- Provide financial insights to assist operational and project teams Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed BCom degree
- Completed SAIPA articles
- Approximately 3 years post-articles experience
- Exposure to engineering or mining industries is advantageous
- Strong reporting and full-function accounting experience
- Prior managerial experience with direct reports is required
