Implement and execute a regional sales strategy targeting dispensing doctors and pharmacies. Conduct regular on-site visits to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Manage orders and ensure optimal stock levels within assigned accounts. Relationship BuildingBuild strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders. Provide product updates, respond to queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Serve as a trusted partner supporting healthcare professionals with timely information. Market Insights & Reporting
Gather competitor intelligence on pricing, new products, and industry activity. Track market trends and anticipate shifts that may impact sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, meetings, and sales activity. Prepare regular performance and market reports for management. Training & Education
Conduct product training and demonstrations for healthcare professionals. Provide educational materials to support informed prescribing and product use. Strategic Input
Participate in sales planning sessions to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, product launches, and regional initiatives.
What Were Looking For Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. Experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage but not essential training provided. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry dynamics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively. Skills & Personal AttributesStrong negotiator with exceptional sales acumen. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach. Data-driven thinker who can analyse sales trends and market insights. Well-organised, disciplined, and a strong time manager. Professional, ethical, resilient, and results-focused.
Working Conditions
Field-based role (approx. 95% in-field, 5% office-based). Standard business hours with occasional after-hours commitments. Frequent travel within assigned territory. Requires a valid drivers licence
