Construction Administration Controller

Roles and Responsibilities
Duties:
Follow up with Stock and Transport Controller and Assistant Construction Administration Controller to ensure that vehicles are loaded as required
Assist in receiving material at Head Office when required
Oversee the management of construction material deliveries by the Site Clerks in when on site
Ensure that all Information Technology hardware is serviced and in working order, in consultation with the IT service provider every 3 months or when required
Assist with Truck and Plant activities when required
Inspect Truck and Plant on site and submit vehicle inspection forms as required to the Stock and Transport Controller and Construction Administrator
Compile and issue sub-contractor agreements per trade to sites
Attend to creditors queries as required
Provide Site Admin Manager with site stock counts weekly.
Review units built not claimed report on every site visit. Follow up with respective Foreman/Site Agent and conduct and inspect reasonable samples/s

Requirements:
Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
Diploma in Administration/Stock Management or NQF Level 6 equivalent
5+ years experience in construction
