Minimum requirements:MDA accounting management software Property management experience Experienced in third-party property management, acting as a managing agent on behalf of property owners Able to work independently while managing strong client relationships and engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders Expert-level proficiency in MDA property management and accounting software, supported by strong knowledge of statutory and regulatory financial requirements (including taxation) and the financial reporting obligations associated with managing property owner portfolios
