Mascor Toyota Greytown is currently seeking a Sales Executive, to actively promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and upholding the Toyota brand’s reputation for quality and trust.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Proactively engage with prospective customers via showroom floor, online leads, telephonic inquiries, and referrals.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and value-added products (warranties, service plans, finance options).
- Negotiate trade-in values and finalise sales deals in line with dealership policies.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to secure repeat business.
2. Administration & Compliance
- Complete all sales documentation accurately (offer to purchase, finance applications, trade-in appraisals).
- Ensure compliance with F&I. POPIA, and other applicable automotive retail regulations.
- Work closely with the F&I Manager to secure finance approvals and insurance arrangements.
- Maintain updated vehicle stock lists and pricing on dealership and third-party platforms.
3. Vehicle Preparation & Merchandising
- Ensure all vehicles on display are clean, well-presented, and correctly priced.
- Assist with vehicle photos and descriptions for online marketing.
- Monitor the condition of used stock and report any issues to management.
4. Targets & Performance
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets.
- Contribute to dealership CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets through professional service.
- Track personal performance and proactively seek improvement opportunities.

1. Qualifications & Experience
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
- Previous experience as a sales executive in a dealership environment (used vehicles preferred).
- Valid South African driver’s license.
2. Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Product knowledge of Toyota vehicles and competitors' models.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Dealer Management Systems, online lead platforms).
- High energy level and results-driven mindset.
