Minimum Requirements:
Grade 10/12 or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of welding or metal fabrication experience. Basic knowledge of MIG/TIG/Arc welding. Ability to read simple workshop drawings (advantageous). Experience working in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment. Good understanding of workshop safety. Physically fit and able to handle heavy materialsKey Responsibilities:
Assist in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding tasks under supervision. Perform basic welding, tacking, cutting, and grinding. Prepare metal components and materials for welding. Clean and maintain welding equipment and tools. Follow welding instructions, drawings, and workshop guidelines. Assist in assembling metal structures and parts. Inspect welded work for accuracy, quality, and defects. Adhere to all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE. Maintain a clean and organised workstation. Support skilled welders in larger fabrication projects. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. How to Apply:
