Description:
Responsibilities:
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Process payroll or assist with payroll preparation Maintain General Ledger and financial filing systems Assist with month-end and year-end closing Provide financial reports as needed Support the accounting team with additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) Strong Excel and data-entry skills Close attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Strong communication skills Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred but not required)
