Description:
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and passionate about maintaining accurate financial records while supporting key business processes.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and supplier statements
- Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Capture financial transactions accurately into the accounting system
- Assist with month-end processes and reporting
- Monitor expense claims, petty cash, and company credit card usage
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial queries
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and filing
- Support the Financial Manager with administrative and ad hoc tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
- Experience in the paper, packaging, manufacturing, or wholesale sector (advantageous)
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Strong proficiency in accounting software
