Description:Manage front-office duties including reception, answering calls, and responding to emails. Coordinate office calendars, meetings, appointments, and client visits. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, quoting, and payment follow-ups (if required). Manage office supplies, stationery, and general office upkeep. Assist with tender documentation, project admin, and follow-ups with municipalities or consultants. Ensure smooth daily office operations and provide general administrative support. Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 (essential). Administrative or office management qualification (advantageous). Previous experience in admin or reception (experience in an architectural or engineering environment is a plus). Strong computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure. Professional, reliable, and well-presented. Own vehicle - valid driver's license.
