Duties:Oversee and manage all site operations and daily activities Supervise staff, ensuring productivity, discipline and high performance Handle payroll administration and staff-related documentation Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact Monitor site performance and implement improvements where needed Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards Prepare reports and manage Excel-based tracking sheets Support HR-related functions where required.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years proven experience in staff management and payroll Matric Certificates Own reliable vehicle Background in Human Resources or HR-related functions Excellent client-facing and customer interaction skills Advanced Excel proficiency Willingness to work overtime when required.
