Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation
Conduct outbound calls, including cold calling and warm lead follow-ups. Use consultative selling techniques to understand prospect needs and recommend suitable programmes. Manage a structured sales diary with phone and MS Teams-based meetings. Maintain thorough sales administration and CRM record-keeping. Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets. Attend events, exhibitions, and client visits locally and internationally when required.2. Sales Action Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Department. Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour. Participate in sales meetings and contribute to shaping the broader sales strategy.3. Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Maintain up-to-date CRM records of leads, interactions, applications, and sales progress. Prepare and present pipeline reports and sales forecasts. Analyse sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for growth.4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, including athlete and player unions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support. Follow up with partner members to convert enquiries into enrolments. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing networks.Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in cold calling, sales, and target achievement. Strong communication skillsemail, telephone, and face-to-face. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously. Professional, positive approach in a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM systems.Values Alignment
