Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, analyse, and present accurate and timely monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Collaborate with group shared services to ensure efficient transaction processing and adherence to company policies.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and short-term funding requirements.
- Monitor and analyse production costs, investigate variances, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee inventory accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with ERP system data
Qualification and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting Degree (articles preferred)
- 35 years experience in an accounting role
- Exposure to mining, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational industries
- Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
