Description:
Analyze workshop data to identify trends in toy demand, elf efficiency, and cookie consumption
Develop dashboards that even Santa can read without his glasses
Optimize the Naughty-and-Nice List using modern BI tools (no more parchment scrolls!)
Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for stakeholdersboth human and elf
Work cross-functionally with Gift Strategy, Sleigh Engineering, and Cheer & Engagement teams
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Santas Magical Dashboard Suite)
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Experience working with large datasets (Naughty-and-Nice lists
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, candy-cane-fueled environment
