What Youll DoWelcome customers, manage front-desk enquiries, and ensure a professional first point of contact Operate the ERP and POS systems to process transactions accurately Receive and manage cash/card payments, issue receipts, and follow strict cash-handling protocols Balance cash at the start and end of day, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain secure financial records Manage incoming calls, direct queries, and provide general customer assistance Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area Conduct weekly stationery stock checks, place orders, and maintain supply levels Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by management What Youll Bring
Matric (essential) Previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, or in a similar frontline role Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/point-of-sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment Professional, well-presented, and punctual High level of confidentiality and adherence to company procedures To Apply
