Manage and oversee a team developing, implementing, and optimizing credit intelligence policies, solutions, and processes. Ensure the delivery of advanced statistical insights and apply them to influence credit decision-making. Develop and maintain credit principles, policies, and frameworks to support business objectives. Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure quality, timely output across the portfolio.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelors (Postgraduate preferred) Degree in Mathematics or Statistics. 6+ years experience in retail credit, including advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and policy/process enhancement. Portfolio-specific experience of at least 3 years. Experience contributing to credit principles, policies, and frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Planning, organizing, and coordinating across multiple teams. Project management and reporting capabilities. Presentation and research skills. SQL and descriptive analytics experience advantageous.
