Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound emergency and breakdown calls professionally and efficiently
- Log incidents accurately and dispatch recovery service providers
- Communicate with truck drivers, fleet controllers, and service partners
- Track ongoing incidents and provide status updates
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and SLA requirements
- Maintain detailed call and case records on the internal system
- Deliver exceptional customer service during high-stress situations
Requirements:- Previous call centre experience (preferably in emergency, insurance, recovery, or logistics environments)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure scenarios
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 3-day on / 3-day off rotation
- Own transport or ability to work shifts reliably
