What Youll Do:Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, including country representatives and resellers Support partners in developing new business and expanding market reach Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with channel partners Collaborate on joint business plans to drive sales and market growth Equip partners with the latest product information, tools, and strategies Monitor partner performance, implement corrective actions, and provide guidance Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to influence strategies Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with internal teams Achieve territory revenue forecasts and individual account targets What You Bring:
National Diploma in Industrial Instrumentation, N6 + Trade Test Certificate in Instrumentation Mechanician, or Engineering Degree 810 years experience in technical sales, business development, or channel management within instrumentation/automation Proven success in managing representatives/resellers and driving new business Experience in Africa or regional markets is advantageous Formal qualification in Sales Management Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and CRM tools Valid passport and drivers license Why Join Us:
