This position requires strong coordination across all departments, exceptional administrative precision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and submit warranty claims within required timeframes Monitor, track, and follow up on claim approvals and rejections Maintain and update all warranty documentation and records Liaise with service, parts, and sales departments on claim matters Ensure full compliance with manufacturer and internal warranty policies Prepare and submit warranty activity reports Coordinate warranty audits and manage responses to audit queries Process claim adjustments and corrections Verify parts and labour charges in line with claim requirements Identify warranty trends and recurring issues for improvement Assist departments with warranty-related queries Provide general administrative support across the dealership as neededKey Attributes:
