What Youll Do:
Engage with new and existing clients, developing strong relationships based on trust and understanding. Listen actively to uncover client goals and challenges, then match them with smart, tailored financial solutions. Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, becoming their go-to executive for long-term support. Work closely with a collaborative team to deliver an exceptional client experience. Continuously expand your network through referrals, events, and prospecting. What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account managementfinancial services experience is a plus, but not essential. A people-first mindset with strong communication and rapport-building skills. Confidence in handling client conversations and guiding them through important decisions. A hunger for growth, learning, and personal success. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with targets. Minimum Requirements:
