Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly targets Oversee the full used vehicle sales process, including sourcing, pricing, stock management, and merchandising Implement strategies to grow sales volumes and profitability Manage trade-ins, valuations, and stock turnaround Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high CSI standards Drive marketing initiatives and digital advertising for the pre-owned department Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements Requirements:
Minimum 35 years management experience within the pre-owned/used vehicles environment Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service abilities Sound knowledge of market trends, valuations, and used-car operations Valid drivers license What We Offer:
