This is your chance to launch or grow your career in the exciting world of airfreight and logistics. As a Junior Airfreight Controller, youll gain hands-on experience with Cargo Wise, interact with clients and service providers and be an integral part of the shipment process from start to finish.
Responsibilities: Register and manage Air Import and Export files on Cargo Wise. Track and monitor shipments from origin to delivery. Liaise with service providers and local agents. Coordinate collections and deliveries with transporters. Maintain shipment e-documents and send daily status updates to customers. Handle daily invoicing and 3rd-party invoice queries. Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries promptly. Requirements:
Matric. Minimum 2 years experience in clearing and forwarding. Knowledge of Cargo Wise and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills.
