Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately capture and maintain factory and inventory records. Perform regular data analysis to support operational decisions. Utilise Syspro ERP for administration and inventory management. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and Syspro data. Assist with quarterly stock counts. Compile Excel reports and track performance across departments. Ensure compliance with supply chain processes and internal financial controls. Collaborate with production and procurement teams on reporting and planning. Assist with basic bookkeeping and cost tracking. Process stock write-offs and conduct related investigations. Investigate Work in Progress variances.
REQUIREMENTS (These are critical to the role and are not negotiable)
Tertiary qualification in Operations/Supply Chain Management 8 + years experience in a similar role within manufacturing or supply chain. Proficient in ERP systems (Syspro) Have advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Solid understanding of supply chain operations. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with complex data. Self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
RUMUNERATION
Market related salary (negotiable depending on qualification/s and experience)
