Expected Qualifications:You must have passed Grade 12 / Matric with an achievement symbol of no less than C for higher grade Maths You must have an accepted Business Analysis Course or a Tertiary Computer Science qualification, or its equivalent Expected Experience:
You must have 2 to 5 years experience in this discipline You must be able to write requirement specifications and conduct JAD sessions at the senior stakeholder level You must have In-depth experience in the design and development of solutions for your own developed financial/insurance products You should have experience as a Technical Business Analyst Expected Knowledge:
Technologies: SQL, UML, XML, Microsoft Office Other: Software architecture, facilitating JAD sessions, UML data modelling techniques, BPMN Process Design, Industry compliance standard, and legislation Understanding of technical implementation of functionality Ability to test functionality at a database level (SQL knowledge) Accomplished level of competency in the following:
Analysis and modelling of business processes Writing requirements specification for medium to large-sized Information Systems Track record in Software Requirements Development End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle Experience interacting directly with end users
