Description:
Requirements:Minimum 5 yearsâ?? experience in a supervisory role on civil projects. Proven ability to manage construction teams across pipelines, earthworks, roads, and concrete works. Solid knowledge of construction methods and standards (SANS 1200). Basic civil surveying and setting-out skills. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to train and mentor junior foremen and team members. Valid driverâ??s license (Code EB+).
