Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the financial strategy and guide executive leadership on performance, risks, and growth opportunities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across both regions
- Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, governance, compliance, and audit alignment
- Manage cash, working capital, treasury and risk mitigation to keep the business financially fit
- Partner with operations and commercial teams to strengthen margins, optimise costs and support major projects
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while supporting Group-level initiatives Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Registered CA(SA) non-negotiable
- Courier / Freight / Logistics industry experience required
- Minimum 10 years experience leading a finance department, with at least 5 years in senior team management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with deep taxation and compliance expertise (SA and neighbouring countries)
- Solid understanding of imports, exports, customs duties & cross-border operations
- Proven experience implementing financial systems
- Ability to influence, communicate and negotiate at senior executive level
