Description:
Key Responsibilities:Apply advanced valuation techniques, including DCF, EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, P/E, and P/NAV. Conduct thorough financial statement and company analysis. Complete detailed due diligence investigations, discussion papers, and transaction proposals. Prepare and manage portfolio company reporting. Liaise effectively with portfolio companies and internal teams. Ensure timeous delivery of high-quality work, maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Requirements:
CA(SA) qualification. Minimum of 6 years post-articles experience, including at least 3 years in a valuation-focused role. Strong corporate finance and transaction experience. Self-starter, commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
