- Handle correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Communicate daily with station managers and verify daily recons
- Assist with general office administration and ad hoc tasks
- Process and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare and send customer invoices and monthly statements
- Capture supplier invoices and complete monthly supplier reconciliations
- Process employee hours
- Prepare monthly payslips
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Pastel Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Previous administrative or bookkeeping experience (advantageous)
