Youll architect and build risk & compliance features for financial servicesAML/KYC workflows, sanctions checks, automated filings, and dashboards that even your gran would understand. From backend wizardry to product engineering finesse, youll make compliance feel like a Kaizer Chiefs home game: structured, strategic, and full of flair.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7+ years in software engineering (4+ in compliance systems)
Backend mastery: Java (Spring Security), Python, Go
Frontend flair: React / Angular
SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch)
Cloud chops: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, MiFID II, CCAR
Bonus points if youve dabbled in no-code tools or AI for compliance
Qualification:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or equivalent experience
