The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of all equipment, facilities, and infrastructure within and around the Packhouse. Requirements & Qualifications- Strategic Planning: Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in maintenance management, including preventative maintenance planning and asset management.
- Technical Foundation: At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience in a mechanical, electrical, or related technical trade.
- Education: A relevant qualification in Maintenance Management, Planning, or a specialized Mechanical/Electrical field.
- Agricultural Insight: Prior experience operating within a packhouse environment is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
