Job Description:The Customer Service Consultant - will report to the Manager and be responsible for various duties, including:
Capturing sales orders Handling customer feedback Providing weekly updates Tracking shipments and Liaise with Freight forwarders Incoterms knowledge and Customs declarationsThe ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification with practical experience in customer-facing roles.Experience in export processes and proficiency in SAD500, requesting shipping estimates, booking shipments with freight forwarders, and understanding Incoterms are required.
