Responsibilities
- Supervise the production team to meet productivity and
quality targets
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for
improvement
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance
with safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production
planning and execution
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Manufacturing,
Operations Management, or related field)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production
supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality
control principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
