POSITION
Administrative Clerk/ECD Educarer x 1
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
ECD Level 4 qualification (essential).
At least 1–2 years’ experience in administration or an ECD environment will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with children.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to work independently, with confidentiality and professionalism
Police clearance
RESPONSIBILITIES (inter alia)
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Assist with enrolment processes, attendance registers, and learner documentation.
Maintain staff records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date (e.g., UIF, Workman’s Compensation, Police Clearance, Criminal Records, Sexual Offenders Register).
Support the Administrator in compiling reports, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
Handle telephone, email, and parent enquiries professionally.
Assist with procurement, record-keeping, petty cash, and other admin-related tasks.
Assist in caring for children aged 06 to 12 months (up to 24 months when required).
PROJECTED REMUNERATION PACKAGE
R28,96 per hour
