Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a conveyancing firm Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to managing tasks IT literate with the ability to pick up on new systems Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, mature, and responsible with a collaborative work ethic Client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships and rapport Must be willing to work UK hours - full time - in office
