Proven experience setting and operating CNC Lathe Machines (Fanuc) Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Afrikaans speaking is a strong advantage due to team communication needs. Willingness to work alternating day and night shifts.Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate CNC Lathe Machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Select appropriate tools, set cutting parameters, and load programs. Conduct first-off inspections and ensure workpieces meet quality specifications. Perform minor adjustments and tool changes during production runs. Maintain equipment and ensure proper housekeeping of the work area. Work efficiently within tight production deadlines.
