Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full financial function and ensure accurate, timely group reporting. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews. Support cross-border consolidations and assist with international tax and compliance matters. Strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes across operations. Prepare financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team while ensuring adherence to governance standards. Assist the CFO with board packs, audits, risk management, and financial strategy initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education: BCom Accounting / BCom Honours / CIMA or equivalent (CA(SA) is advantageous but not required). Experience:
Minimum 810 years experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Experience within engineering, construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments is essential. Exposure to cross-border operations, group reporting, or international tax is highly advantageous. Skills:
Advanced Excel and strong ERP system experience. Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modelling capabilities. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Other non-negotiables:
