Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the operation of a fermentation plant and utilities, ensuring adherence to the fermentation plan, productivity and quality requirements.Required:
- Explicit understanding of plant unit operations.
- Good understanding of fermentation technology.
- The operation of the fermentation plant (Upstream, Downstream and Field Operators), including plant utilities.
- Execute plant procedures to meet productivity, efficiency, food safety & quality targets.
- Continuous monitoring of plant parameters, reviews of analytical results & taking corrective action.
- Maintain and promote a safety & environmental ethic in accordance with legislation by proactively identifying all HSE incidents.
