- Oversee the complete financial control function across multiple divisions
- Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting cycles
- Review and sign off management accounts and statutory submissions
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and risk management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Manage cash flow, working capital and cost optimisation projects
- Ensure tax, VAT and statutory compliance
- Prepare executive-level reports and financial insights
- Mentor and guide finance team members to build capability and performance
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape financial strategy and direction Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting (required), BCom Honours advantageous
- 58 years progressive experience in financial control, reporting or corporate finance
- Strong IFRS, governance and compliance knowledge
- Experience leading or guiding teams within a complex, high-volume environment
- Commercially minded, analytical and confident operating at senior stakeholder levelApply now!
