Assist customers with technical queries and prepare accurate quotations Support internal and external sales with admin, follow-ups and order processing Manage basic project/admin tasks: invoices, orders, documentation and stock coordination Read basic technical drawings and understand product application (training provided) Handle customer communication, order updates and general branch support Perform simple stock control duties: receiving, counting and preparing items for dispatch
