Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Team Leader or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production schedules Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and teamwork Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment [Degree/Diploma/Certificate] in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred) Valid drivers license and own transport (preferred). [Any specific certifications if applicable, e.g., First Aid, Health & Safety]
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities, ensuring safe and effective operations. Manage a team of production workers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and deadlines. Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met. Monitor the usage of materials, tools, and machinery to minimize waste. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and safety inspections. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Logistics) for smooth operations. Report on site performance to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement. General administration Familiarity with clocking systems
