Minimum requirements:Admitted Attorney A post-graduate qualification in Intellectual Property will be beneficial At least e years' experience in a Senior Associate role, of which 2 years' should be in a management role Leading the team: Driver development of, and updates of team-specific templates Conduct legal research Review and approve IP agreements Express, draft and oversee informed opinions on IP matters Drive, write and oversee team blog posts Vet complex agreements Manage and optimize the team's workflow Maintain sight of all team matters Take responsibility as the matter Lead on IP prosecution matters in the team Oversee and sign-off of complex matters Liaise with clients, build and maintain relationships Remain ultimately responsible for managing client expectations Manage month-end billing Assist and approve all quotes for the team Research, develop and implement new services Give timely report to MD of any imminent issues with relation to team members, matters or clients Lead opinions and trademark searches Desired competencies include directing; planning and organising; building credibility and trust; coaching, supporting and developing others; talent selection; conflict management; problem-solving; motivational
