A well-established business, based on the East Rand, is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is ready to step into a fast-paced operational environment and manage the full accounting function with confidence and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:
Full accounting function, including processing, reconciliations, the month-end, and reporting Assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis Manage creditors, debtors, cashbook, and fixed assets Support operational finance and work closely with logistics teams Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial controls Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies
Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom Accounting Degree (completed) Completed articles Experience in the logistics / transport industry beneficial Strong Excel and accounting system skills Hands-on, accurate, and deadline-driven Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
