A reputable manufacturing business based in Rosslyn is seeking a NQ CA(SA) / Newly Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a technically strong, analytical, and hands-on professional who thrives in operational environments and enjoys partnering with production teams.Key Responsibilities:
Full financial reporting including monthly packs, management accounts, and statutory requirements
Cost and management accounting functions supporting manufacturing operations
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Tax compliance, submissions, and related regulatory duties
Support operational stakeholders with financial insights and analysis
Strengthen controls, improve processes, and drive efficiency across finance
Job Experience and Skills Required:
CA(SA) Newly Qualified (NQ) Strong cost and management accounting exposure Manufacturing experience beneficial (open to broader industry exposure) Reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and tax experience essential Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work effectively under pressure
