ð??? Job Title: Group Reporting Manager: Projects and Propertiesð?? Location: Claremont, Southern Suburbs
ð??¤ Salary: R 1 400 000.00/R 1 500 000.00 per annum
â?? Key Responsibilities:
ð??? Group Consolidations & Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting. ð??? Technical Accounting & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards. Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. â??ï¸ Operational Leadership: Partner with business units to improve financial processes and controls. Drive operational efficiency and support decision-making through accurate reporting. ð??? Project Management & Strategic Initiatives: Lead financial projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and the integration of new entities. Support deal-making and structuring activities, including due diligence and financial modelling. ð?¤ Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, Auditors, and external advisors. Present financial results and insights to executive management and the Board.
ð??? Qualifications & Experience:
â?? Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. ð??? 810 years post-articles experience, with strong technical accounting expertise. Proven experience in multi-entity group reporting and IFRS compliance. Exposure to deal structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and project management. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
